This Northern California home started with a builder-grade pool and minimal landscaping that did no justice to the gorgeous golf course it sits on. In a complete demolition, we transformed this backyard into a dreamy outdoor living space.
The living room features a two-way fireplace, wifi, surround sound, overhead lighting, and a split seam copper roof. The glass Nano doors are steel structured and were handmade in Germany with a 6-month waiting period. These custom glass doors open completely for an open air experience. Or keep them closed withe the fire place on for a cozy winter movie night.
Rain or shine, this outdoor kitchen is a scenic escape. The cedar and steel beam trellis features electric sun shades and infrared electric heaters. The grill is built into a quartz island with hand-chipped edge detail and also features a built-in fridge and storage.
Two additional seating areas feature quarried stone pavers, custom landscaping, a fountain feature, and fire pit. The entire backyard is surrounded by custom-fabricated with powder-coated iron railings.
