Walt Wehrli and team are the ultimate professionals. We just completed what was nearly a complete rebuild of our home and the result was even better than we expected. I was able to be on the site nearly every day to soak-in the process from demolition to framing to finish work. That gave me a chance to discuss much of the work with Walt, direct team and contractors. The overall opinion (unsolicited) was that Walt always went above and beyond and was much more detail oriented than any other general contractor in the area which meant that all steps in the process are done correctly upfront and doesn't require reworks after completion. A terrific reputation that was obviously earned over the years!
My wife and I recently finished an extensive whole house remodel with Wehrli Construction and were extremely pleased. As in any business it all starts at the top, and working with Walt made the whole job a pleasure. Walt is extremely efficient, had wonderful ideas and is an excellent craftsman. We were also very impressed by the sub-contractors that Walt uses...The only delays we had in our job were because we couldn’t keep up with the speed of construction (didn’t have items picked out and ready to install).We would not hesitate to recommend Wehrli Construction to anyone looking to do new construction or a remodel. If you are looking for a contractor who is efficient, does quality work and is fairly priced, by all means give Walt a call.
When we decided to do a major remodel to our home in Blackhawk (basically a tear down) we really only considered one general contractor to head up this project and that was Walt Wehrli. This was a significant investment for us and we knew that Walt would treat it as such. We had used Walt on a bathroom remodel we did a few years ago and the result was spectacular. Walt treats every job like it is his own home...He only uses subcontractors who share his pursuit of the highest quality...He will keep the project on time and will not let the owner or subs get behind in their respective responsibilities. His pricing will not be the least expensive but he is fair and, again, you will not be disappointed with the quality of his work.
