Walt Wehrli shows up when he says he will. He's prepared. He does what he says he will, and adds in tasks and details that I didn't even consider, but needed.
He has an extensive network of subs that enable Walt to manage the complete job (it's a bummer when you find out your job gets delayed because your general contractor can't get an electrician, and the whole project delays). Wehrli manages his subs effectively, and the quality of workmanship is as good as when the owner does the work himself.
The last project I did was small, but important. I needed to add cabinets into an existing family room - and really wanted them to match the ones already there.
The job was priced, and done exactly when and as spec’d. They look beautiful.
I've done many projects since I bought my first home 30 years ago, and many of the people/firms I've worked with didn't meet expectations. Walt Wehrli comes from a very demanding background, commercial IT/Data Center construction, where specifications are rigid and specific and timing is everything.
